Our
cleaning process includes: vacuuming area rug on both sides,
pretreatment of all spots and traffic lanes, application of
our "The Natural®" , deep scrubbing, the cleaning
of the area rug in two different directions, post-spotting
treatment and deodorizing.
We
then dry the area rug before reevaluating the rug
for any remaining spots, which will be retreated at that time,
if needed. The turnaround time to receive area rugs back are
usually 10-14 days.
Once
they are cleaned to our high standards, a deodorizer/sanitizer
and protector is applied. Next the rugs are groomed to restore
the pile and nap. The rugs are then hung for drying. This
specially designed room allows even the most heavily soiled
rugs to dry in just a few hours. Faster drying times, reduce
the risk of color bleeding, mold and mildew.
Once
dried they will be re-vacuumed and returned to your home or
place of business.
