How
often should I have my carpets cleaned?
Every
household affects their carpets differently, but here
are a couple of good rules of thumb.
1-The darker the carpet gets, the less it will want
to brighten up. Accumulated soil can become a permanent
stain if it allowed to sit on a carpet for long periods
of time.
2-For a healthy home environment, your carpet, which
acts like a whole house air filter, should be cleaned
approximately once every 4-6 months.

Do
you do residential and commercial?
Yes, we do! |
Is
the Chem-Dry system safe for infants and pets?
Yes, we routinely perform cleanings in healthcare centers,
nursing homes, daycare centers and schools. |
What
is carpet protectant and what does it do?
Chem-Dry Protectant offers a protective shield for
your carpet fibers. When a carpet is new, the manufacturer
treats it with a stain resistance product. However, overtime
that will wear off leaving your carpet exposed to the
evils of soil, stains and dirt. Chem-Dry Protectant will
restore the stain resistant quality of your carpet to
the level it was when it was new. |
Can
other cleaning methods actually damage my carpets?
Yes. The sticky residues from shampoo never really dry.
Instead, they cling to every carpet fiber, actually attracting
more dust and soil. Thus, shampooed carpets can resoil
very quickly. Steam cleaning can cause carpets to rot
or mildew because of excessive drying time. And the extreme
flooding of carpets that's common with steam cleaning
methods, can also damage carpet padding and subfloors,
making them bacteria prone and disfigured. |

Will
my carpets stay cleaner, longer, using the Chem-Dry
carpet cleaning method?
Absolutely. One of the greatest advantages of the
Chem-Dry method is that it is free of sticky residues.
Once soil, grease and stains are removed, the solution
evaporates. Since crystal clear CO2 is the dirt releasing
agent, rather than soap or harsh chemicals, there are
NO STICKY RESIDUES left in your carpets to attract dirt.
Laboratory tests have shown that carpets cleaned the
Chem-Dry way actually stay clean as long as factory
fresh carpets do.
